Measures of angle

Edit > Measures of angle

You can change measure of agle for some trygonometric functions (Sin, Cos, Tan, ...).
Example
To calculate Sin(Pi) where Pi is angle, you must choose rad button (pic.).

graphic

Radian (rad)
Unit of plain angle.
Round angle = 2*Pi = about 6,28 rad; where Pi~3,1415...

Degree (deg)
Unit of plain angle.
Round angle = 360 degrees

Grad (grad)
Unit of plain angle.
1 grad = 1/100 right angle
Round angle = 400 grad
Unit uses in geodesy.

Relations between units
Round angle = 2*Pi rad = 360 deg = 400 grad
1 rad = 180/Pi (about 57,3) deg = about 63,661977 grad
1 deg = Pi/180 (about 0,0175) rad = 1,(1) grad
1 grad = Pi/200 (about 0,0157) rad = 0,9 deg.
